Product defect
The quality of your flush wipes has declined considerably.
They shred both in taking out of the package and in use.
I no longer consider them fit for use.

Hi, in my family have been faithful cotton now purchasers for many years. That includes all of the Cottonelle products, toilet paper wipes, everything.
But I will no longer be purchasing any of these products from Cottonelle because of your disgusting down there commercials. Its been more than difficult trying to explain these commercials to my grandchildren. They are absolutely disgusting. I just wanted you to know why I will not be purchasing your products anymore.
Im only one person and it may not make any difference to you whatsoever, but I feel that I need to speak up when I see something that offends me, is untrue, or is mean spirited, unkind, or offensive. These are raunchy and totally unnecessary.

bought cottonnell toilet paper and it was a bad experience.It was so thin you had to use so much of it awful.Ifi would have bought a cheaper store brand it would have lasted longer bad choice during hard times.worst choice

USED THE CONTACT US ON THE WEBSITE - DOES NOT WORK - NEVER-ENDING "VERIFY" BY ID'G PICTURES.
IF A COMPANY ISSUES A RECALL THEY SHOULD BE PREPARED TO HANDLE THE INQUIRIES WITH THE PHONE NUMBER AND WEBSITE PROVIDED. WILL NEVER PURCHASE A COTTONELLE PRODUCT AGAIN.

Disease wipes Got an email saying oh if you used them already just throw them out I have what I thought was a hemorrhoid and I dont even know what it is my stomach has been in pain for weeks Ive had surgery on it in the last two years have intestinal problems and all you say is throw them away. This is a gross neglect I want to know if I have some thing if I need to get some thing because Im noting all this down and you didnt even contact us Amazon did. And then when we did try to fill out a form guess what 50 times it wouldnt let me and then I messaged you didnt do crap.

Product recall
I ordered these gentle plus flushable wipes at the end of March earlier this year. It was at the start of April that I became really sick with a stomach bug for no reason at all.
I was vomiting, nauseous and experienced bouts of severe diarrhea. We are now in October and I am still not 100% healthy, I have not felt normal since March. On the 9th of this month I received an email regarding the wipes I purchased claiming they had a bacteria harmful to humans and now Im starting to think maybe theres a connection.
Please get back to me regarding your defective product and poor quality insurance. I pray I be one of the few that may have been affected by this incident and hoping I wont have to take further measures and we can settle this soon, thank you.

I AM A 100% COMBAT DISABLED VETERAN AND SINCE ORDERING AND USING THESE WIPES FOR SEVERAL MONTHS I HAVE EXPERIENCED UNEXPLAINED CHRONIC DIARRHEA AND CRAMPS. I DEMAND TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THIS EXTREMELY SERIOUS PROBLEM.
I STARTED USING THESE AFTER SURGERY AND I AM VERY DISTURBED BY YOUR CASUAL RECALL NOTICE. I WILL BE JOINING ANY AND ALL CLASS ACTION LITIGATION IF I DO NOT RECEIVE A REPLY ASAP.
