Hello, Im writing because I am completely livid with The Kimberly Clark company. First and foremost its almost impossible to get in touch with anyone there or from Cottonelle.
We have used Cottonelle flushable wipes for approx 4 years. Prior to using them I had gone to their website to ensure it was actually safe to flush these flushable wipes. These wipes have literally ruined our plumbing and drain waste system. They have clogged up and stayed in our system for so long that our clean out waste pipe literally blew.
Raw sewage was pushed up through the clean out trap pipe out of the soil and grass. We have raw sewage and Cottonelle flushable wipes throughout our yard. I dont know if anyone can understand the gravity of having human *** and rotting wipes throughout your back yard. The stench is horrid, my partner and I are both disabled and on a very tight budget.
We had to dig *** and wipes up with shovels and rake *** and wipes out of our grass. The cost of repairing this in its entirety is astronomical. And every plumber and the city inspectors assured us that the wipes, although they say flushable, are what has caused this problem. Its disgusting and Im so upset because we trusted Kimberly Clark the makers of Cottonelle!
We believed them when they said, plumbers just dont know that there are different types of wipes, we assure you these are safe to flush.
I hope everyone will take note and not make the same mistake we did in trusting them. Sincerely, up to my ankles in *** and rotting flushable wipes.

I have been using Cottonelle wipes in my bathrooms for years. As of the last few months, the wipes fall apart, they do not tear right and are of less quality.

I hope your company doesn't think people won't notice you enlarged your toilet paper cardboard tube. The old one fits inside the new one.
It would be more honest to raise the price a little bit than try to pull one over on the consumer. I have used Cottonelle for years, but I'm seriously considering switching brands because of this attempted deception.

Hi, in my family have been faithful cotton now purchasers for many years. That includes all of the Cottonelle products, toilet paper wipes, everything.
But I will no longer be purchasing any of these products from Cottonelle because of your disgusting down there commercials. Its been more than difficult trying to explain these commercials to my grandchildren. They are absolutely disgusting. I just wanted you to know why I will not be purchasing your products anymore.
Im only one person and it may not make any difference to you whatsoever, but I feel that I need to speak up when I see something that offends me, is untrue, or is mean spirited, unkind, or offensive. These are raunchy and totally unnecessary.
